Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a cancellation of services within 48 hours of placing the order or signing the service agreement, provided the work has not yet commenced.
- Once work on a project has started (e.g., design drafts, development phases, or any deliverables), cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. However, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Carufus depending on the work completed.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
- Full payment has been made in advance, and the project has not commenced.
- There has been a failure to deliver the service as described in the agreed terms and conditions.
- Technical issues or unavoidable circumstances on our part prevent us from continuing with the project.
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed milestones or deliverables that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Delays caused by client-side miscommunication, unavailability, or incomplete requirements.
- Process for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made in writing.
- Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
